Refund and Returns Policy

30 days. No sweat. Here is how it works.

Returns window

Our returns policy is 30 days, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, in their original packaging, and with any included accessories.

How to request a return

To create a return, email us at info@thefreelancesuite.com with:

• Your name
• Contact details
• Your order number
• The reason for your return

Once your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and check it, we will organise your refund to the bank account you nominate. Please allow a few working days for the refund to clear back to you.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we are sorry! We will do our very best to replace your order. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible at info@thefreelancesuite.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Faulty items must be reported to us within the 30 day return period along with photo evidence.
